How do you come to experience yourself?

About

I am searching for that which renews the human spirit, revitalizes culture, and brings forth into consciousness what was previously lurking in shadows. I want to know: how do you come to experience yourself?

My main practice is studying the coherence of Self over its variations and disturbances. From hardships through ecstasies, in the mundane as much as the surreal, I believe we can discover new facets of ourselves. So let's play, and play in new ways. We'll face challenge and transgression, and if we're lucky we can have a lot of fun along the way.
